Memory

As one recollects not the moment but its last remembrance, each iteration softens the borders of the objective and crystallizes the subjective. Memories morph into a vessel for emotions and a shadow of the ego. It is these sentiments that make moments exist longer as recollections than the moments themselves. For this, it will always be true that time weathers memories as much as memories wheather time and, like the slopes of mountains guide a river, the rock shapes the water as the water shapes the rock.
